MEDIATION COMMITTE

The Mediation Committee at Christ Academy Institute of Law (CAIL) is established to promote alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, with a special focus on mediation as a tool for peaceful conflict resolution. 3rd Mediation Competition – Christ Academy Institute of Law
Christ Academy Institute of Law is proud to host the 3rd Edition of the Mediation Competition, a platform that brings together aspiring legal professionals to demonstrate and refine their skills in alternative dispute resolution. This competition encourages the art of peaceful negotiation, collaboration, and effective communication—core values in modern legal practice.

With participants from leading law institutions across the country, the competition aims to foster a culture of dialogue, empathy, and problem-solving. The event not only tests legal knowledge and mediation strategy but also nurtures professionalism and ethical conduct in a simulated dispute-resolution setting.
