The Committee is constituted for the consideration of faculty grievances. It may promulgate rules of procedure for its operations. The Committee is authorized to hear and advise with respect to the grievances of all persons designated as members of the faculty. Meetings are confidential. However, parties directly involved in the grievance have access to all documents related to the grievance. The Grievance procedure is primarily intended to facilitate resolution of the grievance. A party to the grievance will be offered an opportunity to be heard by the committee.
